I keep getting this message since yesterday. at some point the website worked but am getting the same issue this morning. Please help as it’s no fun to work this way:(
IEEE Xplore is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.
To access, please try and refresh your browser or click on the following link: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
CONNECTIVITY ERROR: Error Code ER 2007
I have flagged the issue with IEEE and checked the usual mailinglists. The problem is with IEEE’s servers, so there is nothing immediate I can do…
If you wish to refresh IEEE Xplore, please do NOT use the indicated URL http://ieeexplore.ieee.org, but this one: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org.proxy.bnl.lu, otherwise you will not be recognised as a Consortium Luxembourg user.
Finally, thanks for telling us about the issue, but may I ask youto flag such issues directly via this email address: email@example.com?
